1. I have a problem to register
Please turn off your AdBlocker (advertisement blocker). Some AdBlockers mistakenly recognize our registration form as advertising and thus prevent a smooth registration. Please check out how our registration page works with whichever browser you use as each browser varies in its response, if you still have problems try one of the recommended browsers listed in question 9

2. What if I can't participate live?
This is not a problem, as you can watch the recordings and you can ask your questions via email or in the telegram group.
3. I am in a time zone, where I can't join live and will miss the interactive group exercises
If there would be more participants in such a situation we would offer approximately once a month the session on a different time.
We would also encourage you [all our students] to arrange working privately with one or more other participants to work on the exercises together.
4. I haven't received an introductory email
Please look in your spam foulder.
Add our email address to your contacts: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If this still wasn't successful contact us and we will add your email address manually: email@example.com
5. I don't receive the weekly emails
If you don't see our emails in your inbox, please check your spam foulder.
Make sure that you add our email address to your contacts: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If all of that is correct and you still don't receive weekly emails contact our support: email@example.com and we will send you the email again.
6. Do I need to join the Telegram group and what is it for?
No, it is really up to you, if you wish to connect with the group out of the program.
This is a place for you to share your insights, engage with or ask questions with other program participants..
7. Where to download the Telegram App?
You can download the Telegram App on your mobile phone and also on your desktop.

9. Problems playing the videos?
First of all, in the cookie selection which pops up in a window when you enter the website, accept that we use extern videos, as our videos are hosted on vimeo,
To test please click the video below.
If you cannot play the video, please update your browser or download one of these 5 browsers (in addition to your normal browser):
- Chrome (recommended)
- Firefox (Firefox "Gecko" often has sound problems)
- Internet Explorer
Then open the page with the videos in this browser. If the video still does not work, please check the following points:
- Is your internet connection fast enough? Check the speed here: www.speedtest.net
Below 1MBit download rate is a problem.
- Please disable all ad blockers in your browser for the entire site - we've found that in some cases it blocks our videos.
If you have been able to watch videos before, please check the following:
- Do you use a different browser than before?
- Are you using a different computer / tablet / phone?
10. Where and when can I watch the video replays?
You can watch them on the course material page. The link to this page is on each email, which you receive right after the course day.
We aim to send you this email within 24 hours after each weekly live session.
11. The sound quality is bad
Immediate remedy: Try using headphones or earphones.
Sometimes changing the browser can help too - firefox Gecko often has sound problems! (see above for browser suggestions: "Problems playing the videos")
12. Can I download the recorded videos? - YES
Yes! You will find links to download all the recordings as either video and/or audio on the program material page.
13. Do I need to download the recordings?
No, you don’t need to. You will have further access to all the program material after the program has finished.
If I would close the material page, I would inform you a few weeks earlier.
14. Problems finding the download links for the recordings?
After the first call you will get, maximum 24 hours later, an email including the link to the program material page.
This material page will be updated each week. The latest recordings will be at the top of the page with all preceding recordings below in date order.
15. How to join the additionally free Life Purpose Group?
With the link below you will be guided to the Life Purpose Group, where there is a form for you to complete. When there are enough people [5-8] who all want to meet within the same time zones you will be notified.
Participation in The Life Purpose Group is absolutely free. You can also join a free monthly gathering which all members from all Life Purpose Groups are invited to.
16. What happens to my email address?
Your data is safe with us! We will NOT disclose them to third parties under any circumstances. We try to communicate as closely as possible with our participants - the most efficient is still email! If you do not want to be on our "list" anymore, you can exit at any time with a mouse click.
